Ci sono tante cose da scrivere su questo ristorante, ma visto che ho già fatto parecchie recensioni (le potete leggere nella pagina “recensioni” qui a destra), mi vorrei soffermare sulla cura dei particolari.

A cominciare dal menu, coloratissimo, con fotografie che riportano esattamente ciò che vi arriverà nel piatto, molti sushi bar italiani dovrebbero prendere esempio (soprattutto Hibiki a Merate). Spesso ci sono novità nel menù ed è sempre scritto in russo e inglese.

La vastissima scelta di cocktails, bibite… vodka, ovviamente… c’è da migliorare solo sulle birre, sempre presente ad ogni modo la Miller, Heineken e una birra ceca di cui non ricordo il nome.

La pulizia del locale, sempre impeccabile.

La qualità del cibo, la freschezza del pesce, ovviamente l’aspetto più importante… non ho mai trovato un posto dove il sushi sia così buono e fresco. E’ un vero peccato che la catena sia presente solo a Mosca e San pietroburgo; aprisse a Milano penso che sarebbe sempre pieno… a Milano come a New York, perchè il paradiso del sushi è qui e ci si ritorna sempre molto volentieri.

There are so many things to write about this restaurant, but since I’ve already done several reviews (You can read in the “reviews” on the right), I would like to focus on attention to details.

Starting from the menu, colorful, with pictures that show exactly what you will receive in the pot, many sushi bars in Italy should learn (especially Hibiki Merate). Often there are new menu and is always written in Russian and English.

The wide choice of cocktails, drinks … vodka, of course … need to improve only on beers, always present anyway Miller, Heineken and a Czech beer but I don’t  remember the name.

The cleanliness of the room, always impeccable.

The quality of the food, the freshness of the fish, of course the most important aspect … I’ve never found a place where the sushi is so good and fresh. It ‘s a shame that is only in Moscow and St. Petersburg, if opened in Milan I think it would always be full … in Milan or New York, because the sushi paradise is here and we always come back here again.

Il mio ristorante preferito a San Pietroburgo, nonché il miglior sughi mai mangianti in vita mia.

Faccio fatica a trovare un difetto a questo posto, bello e luminoso, bagno pulito, personale cortese, servizio veloce e cibo fantastico ad un prezzo onesto. Per correttezza di informazione specifico che parlo del ristorante che si trova a due passi dalla metropolitana “moskovskaya”, dato che potete trovare “dve palochki” in molte zone della città, anche nella centralissima Nevsky prospect.

Dopo la solita, fantastica, insalatina di peperoni a julienne e anguilla, decido, insieme alla mia fidanzata, di prendere un set sushi per due persone… che vi riporto in tutto il suo splendore…

Dalla fotografia potete comprendere già la freschezza del pesce… anche se il gusto, vi garantisco, è migliore!

Il pesce ti si scioglie in bocca, sempre tenero, mai si prova quella sgradevole sensazione di avere sotto i denti della gomma con un po’ di riso, che spesso ho provato nei vari sushi bar nel milanese.

Zenzero, wasabi e salsa di soia a piacere…

Per la seconda volta su questo blog (ma sono credo alla mia ventesima presenza nel locale) vi consiglio caldamente di passare di qui e godere del miglior sushi del mondo… vabbè diciamo della russia.

My favorite restaurant in St. Petersburg, and the best sauces ever eating in my life. I can hardly find fault with this place, beautiful, bright, clean bathroom, friendly staff, quick service and great food at a fair price. To correct information that I speak specifically of the restaurant located a stone’s throw from the station “Moskovskaya”, since you can find “dve palochki” in many areas of the city, even in the central Nevsky Prospect. After usual, fantastic salad of julienned peppers and eel, I decide, together with my girlfriend, take a set of sushi for two people … that will carry over in all its glory …

From the photo you can already understand the freshness of the fish … even if the taste, I grant you, is better! The fish melts in your mouth, always tender, never try to have an unpleasant feeling when you bite into the rubber with a little rice, which I have often tried in various sushi bars in Milan.

Ginger, wasabi and soy sauce to taste … For the second time on this blog (but I think my twentieth presence in the room) I strongly suggest you go here and enjoy the best sushi in the world … ok, let’s say of Russia.

oggi vi porto nella fredda russia, in una delle città più belle che abbia mai visto e vissuto: San Pietroburgo (la vecchia Leningrad).

vi do una massima: “se provate il sushi del baltico, tutto quello che mangerete in italia non sarà neanche lontanamente paragonabile!”

Dve Palochki (две палочки in cirillico) è una catena di ristoranti specializzati in cibo giapponese (sushi ma non solo) presente a Mosca e San Pietroburgo, io vado sempre in uno sito molto vicino alla metropolitana movskovskaya, in una via enorme, paragonabile a corso Lodi di Milano.

Il posto è molto bello e come in tutti i locali in russia non è proibito fumare, solitamente però è diviso in due aree, fumatori e non. Curato, tavoli in legno scuro, menu molto chiari, in russo e inglese, musica internazionale e servizio velocissimo.

Già dal cartello luminoso posto all’ingresso possiamo farci un’idea di quello che ci aspetta e posso dirvi che quello che vedete in foto, avrete sul piatto… 

Insalate di tutti i tipi e zuppe squisite sono un ottimo modo per cominciare.

la mia preferita è la eel salad, ossia l’insalata di anguilla, pesce grasso ma incredibilmente tenero (parlo sempre di pesce del baltico!), tenero e reso leggermente agrodolce, steso su un’insieme di zucchine e peperoni tagliati a julienne che contrastano alla perfezione con la dolcezza del pesce…

la mia lei, solitamente si diletta con ogni tipo di zuppa, io non sono un grande fan, ma posso garantire che qui mi sono ricreduto, mai acide, sempre gradite, soprattutto quando fuori siamo sui -15 gradi del giorno e i -30 la sera.

Il sushi, sashimi, roll è sempre FANTASTICO, mai e poi mai ho ritrovato la stessa freschezza… 

ci sono circa 50 modi differenti di assaggiarlo…

… ovviamente accompagnato da wasabi e zenzero a piacere.

La mia ragazza mi detesta perché tutte le volte che sono là per pranzo sistematicamente voglio andare da dve palochki, ma credetemi, ne vale la pena… ho praticamente smesso di mangiare sushi in italia da quando ho scoperto quello di spb. 

Se avete deciso o deciderete di fare un viaggio in questa splendida città, una tappa la dovete fare, amanti del sushi e non.

Today I bring you in cold russia, in one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen and lived in St. Petersburg (the former Leningrad). Nice, dark wood tables, menus, very clear, in Russian and English, international music and fast service.

Since luminous sign at the entrance we can get an idea of what to expect and I can tell you that what you see in the picture, you have the pot … Salads of all types and delicious soups are a great way to start.

my favorite is the eel salad, or salad “anguilla” fatty fish but incredibly tender (always speak of Baltic fish!), made tender and slightly sour, spread on a set of zucchini and peppers, cut into julienne that contrasts perfectly with the sweetness of the fish … my she usually delights with all kinds of soup, I’m not a big fan, but I can guarantee that here I have changed my mind, never sour, always welcome, especially when we are off to -15 degrees and -30 in the evening of the day . The sushi, sashimi roll is AMAZING, but never, never have I found as fresh … There are about 50 different ways to try it …

… obviously accompanied by wasabi and ginger to taste. My girlfriend hates me because every time I want to go there for lunch systematically from dve palochki, but believe me, it’s worth … I pretty much stopped eating sushi in Italy since I discovered that of spb. If you have decided or will decide to make a trip to this beautiful city, you have to make a stop,sushi lovers or not.
